For students in India’s most underserved communities, the school or Anganwadi centre is often the only place where structured learning happens. Outside those walls at home, in the evening, on weekends there is no access to learning material, no way to revise, and no connection to educational content. We addressed this directly by supplying smartphones to ICDS students and families, putting curriculum-aligned learning content, study material, and educational resources directly into their hands, wherever they are.
