How It Works in the Field
At the Camera — AI analytics runs at the edge or on a local processing unit, analysing the video stream in real time. The moment a defined event occurs a face matches a watchlist, a person enters a restricted zone, a vehicle jumps a red light — the system generates an alert with the camera ID, location, timestamp, event category, and image or video clip attached.

At the Command Centre — Verified alerts appear on the operator dashboard classified by severity, location, and event type. Operators respond to intelligence, not raw footage. The VMS simultaneously records, archives, and makes the full event clip available for investigation and evidence export.

Across the Network — All events across all sites are aggregated into a central analytics environment. Supervisors see patterns which locations generate the most incidents, which times of day carry the highest risk, which camera zones are consistently flagged and use that data to deploy resources and design interventions more effectively.
