- Built-In Test (BIT) Facility — Power-on self-test, Continuous BIT (CBIT), Initiated BIT (IBIT), and Maintenance BIT (MBIT). The system knows its own health at all times
- Discrete I/O — 16 isolated channels (8 input, 8 output) for robust signal handling
- Differential I/O — 80 configurable RS-422 channels for high-integrity data transfer
- TTL Signals — 24 independently configurable 5V TTL I/O signals
- Serial Ports — 8 programmable RS-232 and 8 programmable RS-422/485 ports
- LVDS — 24 channels for high-speed differential signalling
- FPGA Programming — JTAG interface for field updates and customisation
