ICT Labs
Every lab is complete. Every lab is connected. Every lab is maintained for five years.
The Solution
Interactive Flat Panel (IFP)
Every ICT lab is anchored by a large-format interactive flat panel for teacher-led instruction and full-class demonstrations. The IFP gives the teacher a shared display surface for showing coding environments, demonstrating software, running digital lessons, and walking the class through exercises — before students work independently at their own stations.
Desktop PCs and Laptops
Individual computing stations for every student — enabling hands-on learning rather than passive observation. Students work directly on real hardware, developing practical digital skills through direct interaction. Labs are configured with either desktop PCs or laptops depending on school infrastructure and programme requirements — each selected for institutional durability and curriculum compatibility.

Supporting Infrastructure
- Internet Router with VPN — secure, managed internet access for research, digital skills development, and curriculum-aligned online resources
- Web Camera — supporting remote learning, virtual sessions, and teacher training
- Indoor IP Camera — integrated into the school safety and CCC surveillance network
- L2 Network Switch — managed, reliable connectivity across every device in the lab
- External SSD — local high-speed storage for content, student work, and offline learning resources
- External Speakers — clear audio for full-class instruction and multimedia content
- Headphones with Dual Splitters — individual audio for focused learning without classroom disruption
- UPS — uninterrupted power protection keeping every session running regardless of power fluctuations
- 9U Rack — clean, secured equipment housing for all networking and power infrastructure
- Furniture — purpose-configured tables and chairs for a proper laboratory learning environment
Full electrical work and painting completed before equipment installation. Every lab is physically ready before a single device is unpacked.
The Service That Keeps It Running
An ICT lab that goes offline for weeks is a failed investment. Every lab includes:
- End-to-end installation and commissioning — every device configured, networked, tested, and verified before the lab opens.
- Full CCC integration — every lab connected to the district Command and Control Centre, with real-time device health and connectivity monitoring from day one.
- Teacher and student training — structured training programmes for teachers on operating the lab, managing students across the hardware environment, and integrating the lab into their curriculum delivery.
- 60 months of operations and maintenance — proactive monitoring, fault resolution, field service, and device management ensuring every lab stays fully functional for the complete programme term. Minimum downtime. Maximum learning time.
